Al usar Respondi (operado por Central Digital Network LLC, "el Servicio"), usted acepta estos terminos. Si no esta de acuerdo, no utilice el Servicio.

By using Respondi (operated by Central Digital Network LLC, "the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Descripcion del Servicio 1. Service description

Respondi es una plataforma SaaS que permite a negocios crear agentes conversacionales con IA para atender automaticamente sus canales de comunicacion (WhatsApp, Instagram DM y Facebook Messenger).

Respondi is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to create AI conversational agents to automatically handle their communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and Facebook Messenger).

2. Cuenta de usuario 2. User account

Debe proporcionar informacion precisa al registrarse.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
Es responsable de mantener la seguridad de su cuenta.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Debe tener al menos 18 anos para usar el Servicio.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Uso aceptable 3. Acceptable use

Usted se compromete a NO usar el Servicio para:

Violar los terminos de uso de WhatsApp, Meta u otros servicios integrados.
Violate the terms of use of WhatsApp, Meta, or other integrated services.

4. Suscripciones y pagos 4. Subscriptions and payments

El Servicio ofrece planes de suscripcion mensual y anual.
The Service offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
Los pagos se procesan a traves de Stripe de forma segura.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Puede cancelar su suscripcion en cualquier momento.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
No hay reembolsos por periodos parciales.
No refunds for partial periods.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar los precios con previo aviso de 30 dias.
We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days notice.

5. Contenido del usuario 5. User content

Usted conserva la propiedad de todo el contenido que suba al Servicio (menus, imagenes, configuraciones). Nos otorga una licencia limitada para usar ese contenido unicamente con el fin de operar el Servicio.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (menus, images, configurations). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

6. Inteligencia Artificial 6. Artificial Intelligence

Las respuestas del agente son generadas por IA y pueden no ser siempre perfectas.
Agent responses are AI-generated and may not always be perfect.
Usted es responsable de configurar correctamente su agente.
You are responsible for configuring your agent correctly.
Recomendamos revisar periodicamente las conversaciones del agente.
We recommend periodically reviewing your agent's conversations.
Respondi no es responsable por informacion incorrecta proporcionada por el agente.
Respondi is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the agent.

7. Disponibilidad del Servicio 7. Service availability

Nos esforzamos por mantener el Servicio disponible las 24 horas, pero no garantizamos un tiempo de actividad del 100%. Podemos realizar mantenimiento programado con previo aviso.

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

8. Limitacion de responsabilidad 8. Limitation of liability

Respondi se proporciona "tal cual". No somos responsables por perdidas indirectas, incluyendo perdida de ingresos, clientes o datos, derivadas del uso del Servicio.

Respondi is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of revenue, customers, or data, arising from use of the Service.

9. Terminacion 9. Termination

Podemos suspender o terminar su cuenta si viola estos terminos. Usted puede cancelar su cuenta en cualquier momento desde el dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Cambios a los terminos 10. Changes to these terms

Podemos actualizar estos terminos. Le notificaremos de cambios significativos por email. El uso continuado del Servicio constituye aceptacion de los nuevos terminos.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
